The tunnel in our local playground is Oskar's favorite place to place these days. This week, he shares it with his favorite cousin, Daisy, who is visiting from Chicago. They have read books, shared the bathtub, devoured rice cakes and played in the sand....more stories and pictures to come.We went to Tennesee Valley for a hike to the beach. On the way to and from, we saw horses galloping on the beach, a salamander and a pair of turkeys. Thursday we went for a special tea at Samovar. A bit more sophisticated than our kids and their customers were anticipating, but it all worked out in the end.
I loved Oskar's intensity with this book! I can tell he's going to be a "book boy!" Looks like David has his hands full. Gramsy
