Like his cousin, Oskar is a fan of waffles. Now that he is fully weaned. His morning routine is 4-6oz of whole milk, some breakfast consisting of a waffle or toast, maybe some yogurt....and fruit. We can't show Oskar fruit until he is finished eating other items. If fruit is spied, current food in hand has been known to be spit out and cries of desperation with rapid hand waving occur. We also have to ration the fruit otherwise handfuls are shoved into his little mouth. His biggest weakness are strawberries, blueberries and mandarin oranges, but really any old piece of fruit will do. I fear his introduction to candy....
It sounds like fruit may win out over candy! His grandma loves fruit too. Maybe I can make Oskar Blueberry Pancakes when I get out there! Gramsy
