For Father's day, David got swim lessons with Oskar on Sunday afternoons. No more music class. Now Oskar has singing in a warm pool. He didn't take to it at first - plenty of crying especially when the substitute teacher Vince got up close and personal. I was on the sidelines taking photos and video...heartbreaking at times. When Oskar saw me, he would hold out his 2 little arms and howl for me to take him. I hid for a little while..nervously laughing instead of crying... and he calmed down. Round 2 of classes is this Sunday. Hopefully he will have more fun than the first time. The picture out of the pool is a very tired Oskar....who is deservedly a bit distrustful of his parents. Note the scowl.
After class, Oskar was back to his smiley self. We met up with Brad, Melody and Reese and went to the Warming Hut at the end of Chrissy Field for some food. Meg and Marc were there with their 2 girls, Sidney and Maya. Marc has a swim class with each of them right before Oskar's class. It was great to have the overlap so Meg and Marc could be with me as I watched Oskar struggle with the latest new thing in his life. There will be many more of these to come.

I'm glad to see everybody looking happy after that stressful ordeal! Gramsy
