I walk into O's preschool to pick him up and one of the teachers starts telling me how much she adores my son....more than once she told me how wonderful he was. Then the Director comes in holding Oskar's hand and tells me that he had a perfect first day. Ate well, napped well (for his normal 2 hours) and played well. It was like Christmas. I was so proud of him. I hear it can change after 2 weeks or so, but for now, I will take it. Difficult summer camp goodbyes were worth it.
It looks like Oskar is off to a great "school year!" Just remember that in 14 years he's going to want the KEYS to that car! The years will fly by! : ( Grammy
