Gus starts school

First photo - David and I dropped Gus off for first day of preschool. Tough goodbye with lots if crying. He made it through the morning and was subdued when I got him at 12:30. Second photo is after nap with mom. Very happy to be home.
Sometimes he wakes up in middle of night saying "I don't want to go to school." Sigh. Monday will be second day of school. He goes Monday-Wednesday.

    My heart goes out to YOU and GUS! I used to teach 3 year olds - I loved them! I would stay awake at night thinking of fun things to do with them. I know he'll love it in time - it's the separation that's difficult - but part of growing up! Gramsy
